PRO BONO CASE: Attorney Rafael J. Espinoza, Esq., in MundoFox Noticias, on July 3, 2014, discussing that he will obtain Derek's, the 4 year child deported twice, prompt release in a few weeks. Attorney Espinoza already obtained that Derek be finally placed in the care of the Office of Refugee Resettlement. As a consequene, Derek is now in a children's home, rather than in an immigration jail.

Our Attorneys with Noticias MundoFox in La Guardia Airport in New York after we obtained the release from a 4 year old Mexican child that was deported twice.  Our attornyes stopped the 3rd and 4th deportation attempts by Border Pattrol and by ICE; respectivly. We obtained this child's release to the care of his mother four (4) days before his birth day. As a result, this child and his mother were reunited in the United States.
